Macroporous Adsorbent Resin
Tunable surface area for organic removal, decolorization and recovery.
Non-polar macroporous adsorbent resin whose pore size and surface area are tuned to the target molecular-weight distribution, adsorbing organics via hydrophobic interactions—ideal for organic removal, decolorization and adsorption recovery of high-value materials.
| Grade | XR-ADS-201 Macroporous Polymeric Adsorbent |
|---|---|
| Ionic Form | Non-polar macroporous adsorption (no functional group) |
| Matrix | Styrene-divinylbenzene (DVB) |
| Structure | Macroporous |
| Suitable Conditions | Organic removal / decolorization / material recovery · organic separation in high-salt systems · select cases where resin adsorption replaces activated carbon |
| Not Recommended (assess first) | Strongly polar inorganic-salt removal (prefer ion exchange resin) · very-high-molecular-weight polymer solutions (risk of irreversible fouling) |
