Resin technology improves both product quality and production economics throughout food and beverage manufacturing. Because the resin comes into contact with consumables, every grade in this line is produced and finished under food-contact controls.
Typical applications include demineralisation of alcohol streams, extraction and purification of fruit and vegetable juices, recovery of sugar from date juice, decalcification of fruit juices, demineralisation of gelatine, removal of heavy metals from grape must, sodium reduction in milk, and softening of potable water used as ingredient water.
Each duty demands a different balance of capacity, kinetics and selectivity. Our technical team selects the grade and designs the cycle so that flavour profiles, colour and mineral content stay within specification batch after batch.
